Installing a Waste Maid takes as little as 15 minutes using your existing mount, or 30–60 minutes with the included mount for most DIY installers.
Yes, we recommend you use the following tools (not included) to install your Waste Maid: adjustable wrench, flashlight, flathead screwdriver, hammer, phillips screwdriver, plumber's putty, rags, safety glasses, steel punch, and measuring tape.

Waste Maid disposals are designed for a standard 120-volt, 60 Hz wall outlet. A grounded outlet is required.
